When you use our on-line credit card processing for your account balance, you may be asked to provide us with personally identifiable information in order for us to process the amount that you have requested. This information is used only to post your payment to your account in our billing software and is not used for marketing or any other third party, except as required for processing your payment via “Pay Everywhere Secure Processing”.
How is the personally identifiable information being used?
The personally identifiable information we collect is used to provide the processing of the payment you have requested on your account with McCardel Culligan.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
